• Returns are free and easy. If it’s not for you, reMarkable arranges a prepaid DHL pickup from your location — no post office trips, no shipping costs.
• Full refunds, fast. Once your returned device is received, reMarkable processes a full refund, typically appearing in your account within 10–20 business days.
• Return everything you received. This includes your Marker and Book Folio if you ordered them, though spare Marker tips don’t need to be returned.
