What is Plaud One?
Plaud One is a pair of wireless AI headphones designed to capture conversations, understand their context and help users act on what was said. It combines earbuds, a microphone equipped charging case and the Plaud Agent platform in a single wearable system aimed at professionals whose work moves between rooms, calls and online meetings.
Unlike a conventional voice recorder, Plaud One is intended to follow an entire work conversation from capture to completion. It records in person discussions through the case, captures calls through the earbuds and supports online meetings. Plaud Intelligence then transcribes and summarises the material, while Plaud Agent uses the resulting context to answer questions and carry out tasks.
Recording can begin with a long press of the Agent Button or the voice command “Hey Plaud”. Spoken responses are delivered through the earbuds or the case speaker. A built in eSIM is designed to keep the agent and its context updated without constant dependence on a nearby phone or computer.

Software, connectors and output
Plaud One works across Plaud Mobile, Web and Desktop. Announced connectors include Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion and services compatible with the Model Context Protocol. Plaud says users will be able to select ready made skills, customise their own workflows and schedule recurring routines. The wider Plaud Intelligence service supports transcription in 112 languages, speaker labelling, professional summary templates, natural language search and multiple export formats.
Pricing and availability
As of August 2026, Plaud One is launching as a Limited Explorer Edition priced at US$249.99 and limited to 2,000 units worldwide. The package includes US$200 in Plaud credits for testing evolving Plaud Intelligence features. As an early edition, some agent, connector, skill and routine capabilities are still developing, so prospective buyers should treat the published roadmap as part of an evolving service rather than a fixed final feature set.
Free usage and subscription?
A paid subscription is not required to start using Plaud One. Every Plaud device includes the free Starter Plan, which provides 300 transcription minutes each month. Users who need more capacity can move to Pro with 1,200 minutes per month, choose Unlimited for up to 24 hours of transcription per day, or use a Team plan for shared workspaces and central administration. One time Extra Minutes packages are also available. Monthly allowances do not roll over, and some advanced Plaud One agent capabilities may use the included launch credits or require paid service access as the platform develops.
