This year, the event showcased a wide range of innovative products and technologies from leading companies such as Lenovo, Samsung, Xiaomi, and Google.

    MWC 2025 has been a hub of innovation, showcasing the latest advancements in mobile technology, AI, and digital transformation.

    3rd March 2025

    • Tecno Spark Slim: The world’s thinnest phone at just 5.75 mm thick, featuring a 5,200 mAh battery and a 6.78-inch AMOLED display.
    • Lenovo Yoga Pro 9i Aura Edition: A high-performance laptop with a 16-inch, 3.2K PureSight Pro display, using tandem OLED technology for super-bright images and perfect contrast.
    • Samsung Galaxy A56: An affordable mid-range phone with a new design language, ‘Awesome’ colorways, and a glass sandwich design.
    • Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge: Samsung displayed the Galaxy S25 Edge, featuring cutting-edge advancements in display, battery life, and AI-driven functionalities.
    • Nothing Phone (3a) Pro: A mid-tier phone with a 3x periscope zoom camera, semi-transparent design, and Glyph lights.
    • Lenovo ThinkBook Flip AI PC: A prototype laptop with a flexible display that can double the panel’s size from 13 inches to 18.1 inches.
    • Lenovo Yoga Solar PC: Lenovo unveiled the Yoga Solar PC, which harnesses solar energy to extend battery life. With 84 solar cells in a Back Contact cell design, it offers an impressive energy conversion rate of up to 24%. Just 20 minutes of direct sunlight can provide up to an hour of video playback.
    • Oppo AI Strategy: Oppo announced its latest AI strategy, focusing on innovation, security, and system-wide AI enhancements in collaboration with Google and MediaTek.
    • Xiaomi 15 Ultra: Xiaomi showcased its flagship phone with a four-camera system co-developed by Leica, including a 200MP periscope lens for extreme zooming.
    • AI Innovations: AI-driven technology took center stage, with companies like Google, Samsung, and Honor showcasing AI-powered upgrades in smartphones, wearables, and audio technology

    • Xiaomi: Xiaomi revealed its enhanced “Human x Car x Home” smart ecosystem, along with the Xiaomi 15 Ultra and other AIoT lifestyle devices.
    • Infinix Zero Mini Tri-Fold: The Infinix Zero Mini Tri-Fold features dual vertical hinges that enable it to fold in three modes. This design allows the device to transform from a standard smartphone into a wearable fitness accessory or a mounted gadget for bicycles.
    • TCL NXTPAPER 11 Plus AI-Integrated Tablet: TCL introduced the NXTPAPER 11 Plus, equipped with NXTPAPER 4.0 technology and upgraded NXTPAPER Key. The tablet features advanced Smart Eye Comfort Mode and Personalized Eye Comfort Mode, optimizing visual comfort and reducing eye strain
    • Foldable Phones: Huawei stole the show with its Mate XT, a dual-fold, triple-screened device. Samsung and Tecno also showcased their foldable phone prototypes.
    • Quantum Technologies: Telefonica announced a dedicated center of excellence for quantum technologies, focusing on communications, cybersecurity, computing, and sensors.
    • Samsung: Samsung introduced the industry’s first 5G Reduced Capability (RedCap) technology for mass-production vehicle manufacturing

    • Xiaomi 15 Ultra: Xiaomi launched its flagship Xiaomi 15 Ultra, featuring a triple-camera setup with a large 1-inch type camera sensor.
    • TCL RayNeo X3 Pro AR Glasses: TCL introduced its RayNeo X3 Pro AR glasses, which project displays onto the lenses using wave guides.
    • Tecno Spark Slim: Tecno unveiled the Spark Slim, a phone concept that is 5.35mm thick and houses a large 5,200mAh battery.
    • Samsung’s Android XR Headset: Samsung showcased its new Android XR headset, nicknamed Project Moohan.
    • AI-Driven RAN Innovation: Keysight Technologies collaborated with Samsung and NVIDIA to train AI models for Samsung’s 5G-Advanced and 6G technologies.
    • OPPO’s AI Capabilities: OPPO announced its enhanced AI strategy at the OPPO AI Tech Summit, positioning itself as a leader in AI experiences.
    • SK Telecom and Schneider Electric Partnership: SK Telecom signed a partnership with Schneider Electric for cooperation in AI data center MEP systems.
    • Chunghwa Telecom and Nokia Collaboration: Chunghwa Telecom partnered with Nokia to drive the advancement of 5G-Advanced and 6G technologies.
    • Telit Cinterion’s AI-Powered 5G Modules: Telit Cinterion unveiled the FE990D and FN990D, the industry’s first AI-powered 5G modules featuring the Qualcomm X85/X82 5G Modem-RF.

    • Samsung Galaxy A56: Samsung introduced the Galaxy A56, a budget-friendly smartphone priced under $500.
    • Qualcomm Snapdragon X85 Modem: Qualcomm unveiled the Snapdragon X85 modem, anticipated to be integrated into next year’s Samsung Galaxy S26.
    • Google’s AI Features on Android: Google showcased upcoming AI features for Android devices, set to roll out later this month.
    • Deutsche Telekom’s AI-Powered Phone: Deutsche Telekom announced the development of a smartphone powered by the “Magenta AI” assistant, integrating multiple AI tools.
